Works for me with ultrawide, you will need to fix whatever settings you have going on

yeah thats what im trying to do i cant figure out what the hell is causing it to be so blurry and ugly.

I don't have the game, but usually it's the TAA setting in anti aliasing, you should try changing it. Also if you have a nvidia GPU you can use the sharpen filter (alt+f3 in game).
You can also use the software called reshade and use luma sharpen.

Also you could have dlss turned on, which makes everything blurry.

I'm new to PC and recently got a Display port instead of HMDI and completely forgot to plug it directly into the Graphics card. Instantly fixed the issues with blurriness and framerates.

if it's blurry for you double check you don't have any upscale under settings turned on.

Sharpness for me was at 15% default, up it to like 50% and it'll remove a lot of blur

So wait, reshade is whitelisted?

game is far from ugly so no wonder you get abused...Try reality.
Turn off upscaling / DLSS. It really shouldn't be enabled by default since it makes everything a blurry mess. :steamfacepalm:

You should only need upscaling if your GPU cannot push the pixels for your monitor.

Feels like many folks bought higher res monitors only to find out it tanked their FPS because GPU not good enough.

could also misconfigured vsync. Set it to adaptive and set the max fps to the refresh rate of your monitor. Set the monitor to full fullscreen, not borderless.

Even at 100% sharpening the best anti-ali and maxout of graphics at 4k with no upscaling, it is still extremely blurry. There is no setting to change it from not being blurry, honestly confused. Even at low anti ali it doesn't change anything

Thats not how that works

NVM Found the issue. These are the settings. FSR No Upcale, Two settings above there is dynamic resolution which is hidden with a small checkbox, turn it off. Change texture filtering to 16x. Should mostly fix it along with turning up sharpness to what you like.

Turn off dynamic mode and upscaling.
Made things a lot better for me, still looking a little strange but it's e.a. and I'm sure they'll improve it down the line.
