Infinite Loading Screen

As title says. Getting infinite loading screen (the one with 2 cogs) right after the company splash page but before any actual menus, gameplay, cut scenes, etc.

Already tried restarting game, restarting steam, restarting PC, verifying game files, moving game files to SSD, updating drivers, etc.

Did anyone else get this problem and if you fixed it can you share how?

they are VERY LONG for me, every damn new region is loading for minutes, but not infinite tho

Yep. Experiencing same infinite load screens as well.

game won't start untill shaders are compiled? did u mess with shader cache and now you don't have storage space for them to save.

run x64 exe as adming in win 8 compability , see if that helps
