Problem picking up items

I just started the game, created multiple characters, triple checked the keybinds and I can't even pick up the first weapon from the beginning. F doesn't work, left clicking (like the popup says) doesn't work.

Is this a bug? Anyone run into this issue or know a fix?

Yes have noticed this as well, seems if you have a "Spell" and not an "Attack" or move on your left click the game has trouble picking up items. Hope they fix this asap

I have the same problem. I tried to put everything in left click but nothing seems to pick up items

I figured it out, for some reason you have to press ALT when you left click to pickup

I've tried everything, still having problems picking items up. Key pickup disabled, set, changed, no skill in left click, skill in left click..... makes no difference. I pick things up maybe once out of 100 clicks and no, it is not a latency issue.
