not for me. Its already set to my GPU
Check for GPU driver, Chipset update, Bios update, windows update, add more fans,etc..
Devs shouldn't rely on upscaling methods!!!!!!
Instead they should spend more time and resource on optimizing the game.
I'm getting around 30-40fps currently, all settings set to the lowest...
The picture quality is also blurry, and i'm not using any upscaling, because it doesn't make any difference in performance for me.
My rig:
i5-4590
GTX1060 6gb
32gb DDR3
My hardware can run several newly released games, BECAUSE THOSE GAMES ARE OPTIMIZED.
I don't want to spend 2k dollars every year for the newest and best hardware, and I think most of us agree on this... The devs should optimize their game!
cpu: ryzen 5 3600

28 frames on DX12 and vulkan.... i tried everything at this point nothing works. i even reinstalled every driver imaginable and bios.
DX11 kinda works, but moving to unexplored area drops frames to single digits... so moving forward = no frames. but explored areas work fine
It definitely isnt a hardware issue as my card and cpu and not close to running at full capacity.
If anyone finds a solution, please let us know.
