first of all - the shop is dead right now.
Second - i found a way to bypass the shop bug.
if you dont have any new stash tabs bought yet. There will be a PLUS sign to add new stash tabs in your bank. If you click that, then it opens a proper shop page, with your Coins, and u can buy things.

I upgraded to the King of Faridun pack from the Lord of Ogham pack and I'm missing 200 points from the 400 I'm supposed to have received.

I never got mine to this day and as you can see, not a single dev cared to give a reply. My advise is either refund or downvote the game, but unlikely it will have any weight, since the games supporters will just hate comment us out of existence.
