1. Go to poe website - > my account -> early access (right side in text)
2. Claim the key for the right client steam or epic
3. Claim in steam under games redeem
4. Back on the website make sure you connect your poe account to steam.

A LOT of people are upset that they are getting the message to purchase after they already did. I think several people also did not link their account that purchased the key from their website vs steam.

yeah i'd like do that if the website form sent me the confirmation mail...but their mail server is sleeping..

I have done this, hell my account was already linked to Steam from the PoE1 days, right now all I get is a content locked error message during download

Yeah, you could always opt out and download the client directly from poe2 until the mail is working again. It is frustrating that you see verification sent but I think that's a bit premature saying it did vs failed to send email.

The problem is, that they need to verify the link via email. When they say they sent an email to verify the link, the email never shows up...Been 2+ hours waiting for verification emails.

Keeping my key on their launcher and don't want to deal with any of this bs people been having trying to switch places last minute due to preload being late.

i redeemed the steam key. can't play bc their email won't come in so i can connect the "accounts". now you are saying I can't play using the standalone either? !?!

Same problem using the standalone client. Both clients require an email confirmation, no email is coming through. Disappointed in this stupid roadblock. I'm really surprised that others have managed to log in and play.

same problem here. Steam not recognising my key and cant get email after requesting steam link at poe website
