for steam users that don't see game in their library

Go to pathofexile.com and log in with your steam with steam symbol below.When linked read your message on pathofexile.com. It will contain CD keys and receipt.Go back to staem and add game to your acc by clicking Games at top of screen and select action enter key. then log out and back in and it will be in your library and can download. Good luck

See all of this is right.... up until the download part where you will be met with a "Download failed Content file locked" and that's the end for now as I haven't been able to receive any help...

I'm at 40% and counting on download, Where do you encounter problem? At beginning or end, are you able to start download? Just a thought, your steam keeps running in background under certain settings. If you closed using the X at top right it may have kept running preventing a proper reboot; try a system restart and try download again...

Ohh no I even went as far to check for Trouble shooting, clearing my download cache on steam and they even offered to change regions I believe.. ive closed checked files looked at some other stuff... I gave up what a sheet show of a launch.... and they had time but it doesn't matter now
