This reddit post helped me. When you teleport to a location hold down the CTRL button when you select the point, it will ask you if you want to create a new instance, i was able to get a stable server after 3 attempts on one area.
Doesn't work me, since i have start the game i have this network spike and it's unplayable, i have passed more time trying to fix the game then playing the game ...
The problem isn’t with your system!
It’s their servers! It seems like they’re either using low budget servers that don’t get prioritized in routing or outdated, old machines running the servers.
The ONLY way to fix this is by PAYING for a VPN to (hopefully) get better routing.
This, however, turns a "free-to-play" game into anything but free!
You’re forced to PAY to play it properly, and regardless of who gets the money, it’s essentially a paywall caused by negligence and disinterest to fix THERE problems!
