I looked at the system monitoring and the network constantly jumps from 48ms to like 200ms+
I thought that the problem was with my provider, but I see on the forum that many people have encountered a similar problem.
Edit: Exitlag VPN seems to have fixed all my lag problems.
I used "Verify integrity of game files in Steam".
After that, all my network jumps stopped.
But maybe something else helped me that I don't know about. But I didn't do anything else except this.
I’ve played countless other online games but never had an issue like this.
I sincerely hope the fix isn’t going to be ironically paying for a service to play a free game. If that’s the case I’m out.

This fixed it for me:
I disabled IPv6 in my Router and never had these lagspikes again. Hope this helps anyone to fix it.
