Also having this issues randomly. 3080, no overclocks and no other issues in others games like Stalker 2 for example. Memory is fine as well as not capped. I'm going to swap to Vulkan (annoyingly) and see how it goes on that setting.

I got this while fighting a boss today, after a few hours of play. This was on a 4090 and on the newest Studio driver.

had the same texture error causing hard crashes 3x times

running 4070 8GB video memory and 32gb main memory

running brand new nvidia drivers 566.36

think ithere's some bug fetching texture memory

Brambleghast triggers some form of crash for me including this one about midway through the fight when he summons little projectiles. Every time.

for me its about once an hour, is not during a transition, just seem random while moving on the map. I am using the 12/5 game ready NVIDIA drivers.

I tried Vulkan last night, and it was actually worse. I crashed without an error in like 5 minutes. Going to try on my other computer with a GTX 1080 rather than my 4070.
