Lag spikes and stuttering

Guys, I need help, this game is amazing but it's nearly unplayable due to constant stuttering. Graph shows "Network" constantly moving anywhere from 0 to 160, and that happens constantly, making it hard to even move. Ryzen 9 7950X with a 3080.

I turned off "TRIPLE BUFFERING" in graphics and that seemed to fix it. Edit: Helped some... but still bad.

Same problem here.. clearly a server issue because in some areas I can play with no problems.. in other areas the lag spikes won't stop.

So I checked in game the "Network" bar goes up like crazy and the entire character freezes for 5, 10 seconds... sometimes more... the bar fills completely... as if it were 100%... I don't know if it's server lag or what the hell... but this happens all the time... practically unplayable

I have rtx 4060ti 8gb, 32gb ram, Intel i7 12700... 1tb ssd... these are supposed to be recommended requirements or higher than the minimum... I should go ahead

I also tried lowering all the texture graphics settings etc to the minimum... low latency mode in Nvidia and nothing works

My internet works fine outside of the game... but inside there are constant lags. I HOPE SOMEONE FROM GGG SEE IT!!!!

Edit: In addition, this lag happens to me on any of the server options there are... including the one closest to my area, the one that corresponds to São Paulo (Brazil) where it says it has around 50 to 70 ms... and so on. everything has a lag of the devil

Same thing happening to me. Having a stead 5ms then a spike every 5 seconds regardless what I'm doing. Tried disabling triple buffering, all the nonsense overlay stuffs, tried the standalone client, disabling IPV6 (not even sure if the game uses it), updating DNS settings, VPN, but nothing working.
Tried using Windows' Resource Monitor but nothing obvious.

Never had any performance issues in this game, always capped at 144fps, latency around 8-12ms

I had the same problem. The solution is to switch the Internet from WiFi to cable. They need to fix this.

Had the same issue, switching from wi-fi to cable fixed the problem

Same thing it got worse when i updated my nvidia drivers. 3060ti 48 GB ram I711700 Liquid cooled. game is on a m.2 drive my internet speed is 300+ mbps ping under 50ms. i normally run 2k res so i tried dropping all graphics settings to low on 1080 and still the same. flushed and renewed DNS no change
