Missing founders pack PS5

bought the 100 dollar founders pack on PS5 and when I go to shop / cosmetics everything is unavailable and also everything from the founders pack is just simply not there? Am I doing something wrong?

Ok, I am slightly relieved. Problem is I see other people running around with cosmetics. Meanwhile mine are all unavailable / simply not there.

When I go to the store page, nothing pops up either.

Yea i might wait another few hrs i tried at 5am here in Australia at the time it unlocked no luck i thought id buy it on ps5 cause they usually have better servers etc but thinking now pc might get 1st pick but ive touched alot of grass in my wait i might start eating it next :)

Man.. I tried switching to the alternative sub account on playstation since my accounts are linked and still no dice.. No cosmetics or points. I'm not sure which one to play on..

I bought the Lord of Ogham version. No items. And PS store doesn’t show I own it. Yet when I go into purchase history there it is. It also came out of my bank account.
