well ive managed to get in to character selection and then i was kicked again to desktop.

Im running a RTX4080 and an i9 13000k with 32gb of Ram on a rog strix board and an SSD. should not be having these issues

**Update** I changed my settings from Dx12 to Vulkan that fixed it somewhat and was able to play for a couple of hours. Before getting DC again but I think that might have been down to storm Darragh

Don't say things confidently when you don't know what you're talking about- there's a known issue for people with 13900/14900 processors.

...and many others.

This has been ongoing since PoE1. I'm trying out the Process Lasso fix right now, seems to be helping but not sure definitively yet.

UPDATE: Using Process Lasso to set affinity for Efficiency cores only has completed fixed my crash problems.

Thanks for the update but I'm sorted. Turns out it was a hardware and chip-set issue and although you are right there have been known issues with the 13th, 14th gen chip-sets not limited to titles such as grey zone. Seems i forgot to update a few things but thanks anyhow.
are u on 13th gen 14th gen intel cpu? also windows 11 24h2? if so both is major issue.

I am yes. Also yes both have been hugely problematic for games such as POE, Reforger, Greyzone. Turns out i was a few updates short on my hardware and now all is fixed so far. No more crashes, no more BSOD's and running smoothly with out kicks

How long does windows normaly take to fix there unstable versions?
I heard RE 4 remake, also had problems with 24H2, a while back, so i wondered how old this 24H2 update is.
