I'm getting the same. Looking for a fix myself.

Looking as well but so far nothing

you can try
1. going to your game folder (e.g.\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Path of Exile 2)
2. right click .exe you'll use
3. go to properties > compatiblity
4. check run as admin & run this program in compatibility mode
5. select Win 8
6. done

I still get the error when the game crashes but once you restart your system, it loads and so far I've had a smooth experience

I installed it in Lutris and it works for me that way.

This a function to get GPU/Monitor information/specs, which could mean there's an issue with your GPU/Monitor and getting the information for it.
I'm on a windows laptop. When i reboot, I can play the game, but sometimes while playing I get an exception error "queue signal lost" and then I can't launch again because its not recognizing my gpu.
I get a blue screen if I try rebooting afterwards lol.
Weird as it doesn't happen with any other games I play.
If I reinstall the latest Nvidia graphics driver, I'm able to launch without rebooting.

I simply had to disable my secondary monitor and it worked again

yup, running on a dell Alienware m18 R2 Gaming Laptop. It's got the 14th Gen Intel® Core™i7 14700HX and NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4070, 8 GB GDDR6 video card. The display is an 18" QHD+ (2560 x 1600) 165Hz, 3ms, ComfortView Plus, NVIDIA G-SYNC + DDS

super annoying. when i start the game the i get the GetAdapterInfo error popup. when i restart the computer after i get the error message, the game runs. this makes absolutely no sense

Just disable image scaling in your NVidia settings
Good afternoon, I found the solution by changing the Proton version. I was using Proton Experimental and changed it to Proton 9.0-4. I also checked the box to force the use of that version in POE2.
