depence on what supporter pack u buy! the more expensive they are the more keys u get, and u get skins and points for the store to buy skill effects etc

The basic $30 pack comes only with the game access, but you can upgrade to higher tier packs later on during early access if you want, it deducts the $30 you already paid for on checkout.

GGG said these supporter packs will be available all throughout early access up until actual launch next year.

If you didnt played POE - you will buy stash tabs 100%. So you will donate at least mininmal anyway.
So, thats mean supporters pack is reasonable money use
