the devs all canceled WASD internally and are back to click to move.
SO i guess WASD will be dead in 1 or 2 weeks for players aswell.
its just to unprecise, feels floaty and is uncomfortable to play in long sessions (+4 keys you have to constantly press and piano)
WASD failed in Diablo 4 aswell, noone plays it.
In general there are no successfull top down WASD games.
It is a failed concept.
