I'm pretty sure I bought the Voidborn pack, but I don't know why I still haven't received it

Yeah I already checked, and I’ve emailed them, but they just told me I have to wait. I guess I might end up missing the opportunity when the game is released, lol.

Question is, when did you buy the voidborne pack?

The Early Access Q&A states that only supporter packs bought before the early access anouncement count towards lifetime spend amount. so if you bought it after the announcement you will not get access.

I bought it back in 2023, so I think that was before they announced early access. Am I mistaken?
