Purchased a Supporter Pack in Game. No Preload in Library.

Anyone else having this issue? I have a steam account and bought the $100.00 supporter pack in-game. Currently, I don't have POE2 in my library. Am I missing something?

Any help would be appreciated! :)

as for steam, i'm in the same boat despite the announcement saying we can preload.

I have a similar problem too.

When you redeem a PoE code on https://www.pathofexile.com/ one of the things you get is a steam key.

But if I pull up my account there it tells me that "Steam Keys are currently are currently unavailable. Please check back soon!". So if I was to guess they may have run out of steam keys somehow or are otherwise unable to issue more keys currently.

So I wouldn't worry about it. Check back later and you should be good.

I had poe 2 in steam library just after buying 30$ pack. I'm predownloading now. You can also link your steam to poe account or login to poe website using steam then add email & password and play on standaolne client (with pack bought on steam). every purchase links to poe account

Have you tried restarting steam? That sometimes works in these cases.

After looking into it bit more, it looks like I have an Epic Key? My steam account has been linked for a while now, and I have never connected an Epic account. The steam key section is giving me...

"Steam Keys are currently are currently unavailable. Please check back soon!"

Not sure what to make of that.

Yeah people are getting this
They ran out of keys I guess
They will probably update keys again pretty soon

You have to log on in the path of exile website. Go to the messages tab at top. In the message confirming your purchase, is a link. Copy and paste it. Then in the next page, click on the button for the steam client key. Use that code it reveals in the games tab of steam.

Have you restarted steam? I have it preloaded atm in my library though I know there will more than likely be an update when EA goes live.

I still have 'Sorry, these keys are currently unavailable. Please check back soon!' under my steam client key section so I dont think they fixed that issue

I bought my key yesterday and was able to pre-install POE2 after restarting the Steam client.

1. claim your keys by clicking claim
2. then goto steam app under menu , goto games - > Activate a Product on Steam
goto library -> your POE2 game should be there.

It's a issue, it'll only show epic keys for my friend but no steam. I'm guessing they're having an problem at the moment.

I think they're out of steam keys and unlikely to get more before release, I am probably just going to install standalone
