ingenuity belt doesn't work with damage conversion rings?

for instance, call of the brotherhood ring "converts 100% of electricity damage into cold". with a 50% belt i'd expect it to be 150%, but it doesn't seem to, at least not according to the sheet dps. i know the belt is not supposed to change "non-numerical" or "fixed" properties, but 100% on that ring doesn't seem to be fixed, as i saw corrupted ones with >100% conversion (not sure if they actually work though).

Converting more than 100% just means normalized conversion (so proportionally readjusting all values so that the total is 100%), so its only really relevant if you convert to multiple types.
