I have 300 hours in the game. What does those items even do?

333 hours and i have like 0-0-2 and maybe 10 div

Mirror, copies an item, usually used on the best available (crafted) item or as currency, last time i checked a mirror went for 932 divines.

Audience, opens a portal to a boss, i believe this one is linked to rituals and it seldomly appears in the ritual inventory and when it does, it seems to be quite expensive.

Perfect jewelers orb, adds the last available slot to your skill of choosing so you can slot it with a 5th support gem, pretty rare and expensive.

Divine orb, rerolls stats on an item to hopefully get more desirable results, from what i've understood it only rerolls the stats and not the tier it came with, so if an item has 20~32% chance in something it would only reroll in said range and not reroll the range as well.

Where do you draw this conclusion ?
They are just 4 of the rarest item in the game and everyone talks about how rare they are, so lets see how rare they actually are and how lucky we have been.

SInce the majority of people dont spend several hundreds or thousands of hours these items are extremely rare to them. To me as well since i never found them yet. And it can lead to a very euphoric "DAAAMN FK YEAH!" moment when it finally drops one day.

The whole fun does not circle around them, but they are a significant factor which stays in the head. At least for me the drop sound of a divine orb causes euphoria and fun to me.

Since the divine orb does not give me anymore agency than any other currency and I do not trade, I find this drop a waste.

I would be happy if it gave me more control in my crafting but it does not. Still gambling.
