Worth getting a PS5 Pro for PoE2?

I am about to get a PS5 primarily (for now / this year at least) to play PoE2 on the couch.
I could swallow the bitter financial pill and get a PS5 Pro, just wondering does PoE2 even benefit from the bigger GPU or this magical new AI Upscaler (i got a 4K 120hz TV) at all?

PS5 have different realm than other platform, MTX is confirmed not shared to other platform.

So my guess is also not cross save to other platform ?

I think its not worth it.

I compared the game on my 4090 and my nephew's PS5 pro which i bought him for christmass and everything looks poorer in detail on the console.

I'm not sure if the game even works in 4k, I would rather go for dynamic 1080-1440p.
I checked on a 96 inch 120hz tv, maybe on a smaller screen the difference is not so noticeable.
Overall it is playable and you are still playing the same amazing game.

It has a lot of graphics settings on console including resolution selection, Pro can do native 4K but it doesn't reach 60 FPS more like 40+ FPS; good mode to play on 120hz TV with VRR. PSSR looks amazing in this game, miles ahead of FSR I even think it looks better than native 4K because it cleans up all of the aliasing and temporal image instability PSSR with the quality settings (1440p internal) upscaled to 4K gives 60 FPS. there area other settings such as you can disable GI and keep only dynamic shadows then you have PSSR ultra performance, performance, balanced. If you turn off GI and lower the PSSR quality you can play this at 100+ fps. I also play on PC with a 4090 native 4K with DLAA and it surely looks better close up and runs 100+ fps. Ps5 Pro with PSSR quality & 60 FPS from couch looks excellent with sharp looking resolution and all the graphics effects that are present on PC. overall PS5 Pro provides excellent Image quality and FPS and provides additional graphics settings to dial in your preferred fps target.
