Download on Xbox was 96gb. And we still don't have the last 3 acts and other characters, I think the final install will probably be around 150GB+

A screenshot of the official client during beta was 114gb.

I'm betting the final download will be around 125gb.

The Steam store page says 100GB which feels like a placeholder but likely the initial size of the game will be similar to the xbox one so slightly under 100gb seems likely.

After updates might grow in size as content is added or shrink as things are optimised though unlikely it will be more than 100GB for a while.

require devs to change it themself, A lot of devs cant be bothered to do it everytime a new update or DLC gets added.

On Steam in general i see low activity from developers, only some info or closing of offensive topics.

It's certainly not news, to be safe it's better to leave more than 100gb free.
