Yes, Path of Exile 2 has full crossplay compatibility, meaning you'll be able to play with friends and family across PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.

Well.. you COULD purchase into EA... but honestly if you don't want to spend any money you can try to get a free key from twitch drops or a friend... or wait 6+ months more for EA to be done, which then the full game will be free to play.

Keep in mind, that when you pay $30 for the Early Access, you also get $30 worth of microtransaction money on your GGG account in-game. So technically... the game is still free.

Oh.. I think you are asking a different question than I originally thought.

you want to know if EA is shared between cross-platforms?

The answer to that is , NO.

If you want to play EA on PC and XBOX you have to buy EA twice. .... or, just buy a pack that includes 2 EA keys I think? not sure yet.

I do know that microtransactions will be shared cross-platform via the new sub-account thing in-game when selecting your character... but supporter packs themselves do not cross over, only the microtransactions that are included in them.

I have not seen any other updates regarding this which would say otherwise.

The 3 packs on steam just say EA they don't say multiple keys

Ok so i bought two keys, one from original POE website (because steam doesn't allow preload for EA), and one on xbox

BUT when trying to download on my xbox one, i get the message "this game is not compatible"

I get this same message for POE2 and when trying POE too

What am i doing wrong?

You're trying to use an Xbox one instead of a series s or x.

idk but steam does allow preload and we just preloaded the game 1 hour ago :)

idk but steam does allow preload and we just preloaded the game 1 hour ago :)

To be fair, GGG said steam wasn't going to have preload available in a forum post, but it looks like Valve made it happen anyways lol

They were probably going to lose too many sales to people buying it directly instead of on steam, i know that's what i did. I prefer steam but they didn't let it be known that steam could preload, in fact the inverse was said.
