Account with POE can be used Crossplatform?

If i create my account on POE website, can i use this for POE Launcher, PS5 & Steam.
Or are the logins all tied to the platform played on as separate accounts?

I ask because POE site/launcher is probably the best place for preloading (according to other posts)

I believe the only issues with cross platform are with ps5. Apparently you can’t use mtx acquired on ps5 on pc or vise versa. But someone correct me if I’m wrong.

Well, stuff will be marked as unusable on the other platform, tabs will be remove-only. Also you will need to purchase access to the PlayStation client separately. Otherwise Sony would fail to profit after all.

you dont need steam to launch it, so perhaps buying on PS5 first and then logging in on the POE website to download would work, instead of using steam

Cant be sure because i bought it on the POE site before trying to login on PS5 :(

This is correct. PoE is fully cross platform unless that platform is a greedy scumbag like Sony. Anything bought on Steam or Xbox can not be used on the PS5 and anything you paid for on the PS5 can not be used on Steam/Xbox.
