Path of Exile 2

Path of Exile 2

Bought Early Access through Grinding Gear site
I got the key and redeemed it through Steam, no problem.
It does mention the game is already in my library, yet it keeps the Early Access Packs marked as "not bought".

I read that Steam will not be offered pre-loading so I will find out tomorrow if my Early Access pack and keys were properly exchanged.
Does anyone know if my Lord of Ogham purchase is verified through the game client, or should I have bought it through Steam?

If you bought early access on the website then the code you get for steam is ONLY to get access to the poe 2 client, it does not give you access to early access, you automatically get the access to early access the moment you bought the pack. Also a way to check if you have the packs is to launch poe 1, see if you have the cosmetics since they are also available on poe 1 or you can just check the site and see if you have the coins on your profile

I don't have PoE 1 installed, but if I log on via https://pathofexile.com, it shows 600 coins in my inventory, which lines up with the investment from the EA pack.

It's probably safe to assume I can log in through Steam tomorrow. Thanks for pointing out where to look!

Then you are most likely good and if you are not then dont worry GGG offers refunds on their supporter packs, you just gotta email their support. You are welcome

if the game shows up in your steam library under POE1 then I would not worry. I redeemed mine on GGG Store also

I think Steam takes a percentage of the revenue when you buy through their platform? Usually that's fine, but in this case I wanted GGG to get all the money, they sure looked to have put in a monumental amount of work for PoE2!
