DLAA and Frame Gen?

Anyone got a source for whether DLSS 3.5 and frame gen will be implemented at launch?

No there won't be any DLSS, FSR or Intel XEss this engine cannot support those features it's an old Engine from POE 1.

So no upscaling means absolutely no frame gen

However if you have an AMD video card you can use AFMF 2 frame generation to double your FPS in any game including this.

Radeon is the only GPU that has universal driver based frame generation with under 10ms input delay, it's times like this where I am super happy to own a Radeon GPU

i'm pretty sure Johnathan said in one of the interviews that upscaling was in game but it was an early version of it and needs work as some of the very fast particle effects have blocky artifacts. i watched too many interviews to remember which one.

also @ 12:42min the player opens the settings tab with an "upscale mode" option

Ok thanks guys. There's always that program called "Lossless Scaling" for generating frames. I've had success with that in titles that don't have FG as an option in game.

Wrong. It has DLSS and FSR, but the old engine means they don't have complete motion vector data, meaning DLSS won't be as good as in other modern games.

It'll still be a huge help though. Also Lossless Scaling has universal FG for Nvidia GPUs, stop trolling.

DLSS is supported. Confirmed by GGG in the interviews. They did not mention which version is in the game.

As RTX4090 owner im not sad nvidia user at all.
4K 120hz at 96 inch TV is enough for me atm :)

PoE 2 has FSR, Intel XeSS and DLSS under Grpahics > Upscale Mode. There is no mention of which version of these are being utilized.

You can easily use frame gen with Lossless Scaling on any GPU not needing AMD GPU...so no...not sucking being an nvidia owner...what sucks is being AMD user with terrible FSR who cannot use DLSS upscaler because the game does have DLSS upscaler :-)

You couldn't pay me to use FSR 3.1, there are other better methods available than that AMD sub par method.

DLAA is nice to use on a 4090 which has the spare power for it, lower tier cards may not have the grunt to push enough frames with DLAA running and still hit 4k

Throw in Lossless scaling and its very nice to be a nVidia owner.
