Does PoE2 feature a group scaling system?

Can high level players join lower level players to help them and not kill the overall gameplay experience?

My friends and I are hyped, and I even got my wife on the hype train, but we all have varying play time between work, kids, spouses etc so my fingers are crossed that we can all still play together and help the lowest level player in our friend group no matter what level we are.

Poe1 had scalable group difficulty.

I'm sure the second chapter has it too, if i'm not mistaken i've seen some videos about it.

it will scale, but if its anything like the first game you will gain a buff the more people you have in a party higher chances to find items, another thing tho is with more people in your party you guys can have class combos, like a sorc using fire will blow up gas mines ect. so that could make you guys do more damage to balance it out
