Looking at the Acolyte of Chayula skill tree I have to wonder if Consuming Questions (mana leech also recharges energy shield) and the blue flames of Chayula (7% of your max mana is leeched to you) interact in the way I hope they do.

They said they designed witch so that minion builds would be viable for all ascendancy so that's expected, and btw while a witch can be a necromancer they are not one and the same thing, neither in historical myth nor in fantasy games. Actually more often than not witches are not necromancers lol.

Infernalist by extension of two ascendancy Nodes is the new Necromancer by taking one or both of them:

Seething Body: You and all allies gain 20% of their damage as Fire damage when at high Infernal Flames. So keep your Flames pool above 65%ish I believe and you get that universal damage buff to scale up Minion damage like an extra support Gem.

Bedat's Will: You gain +1 spirit for every 25 Life for a 25% life reservation. Extra Spirit = more minions.



As for Chronomancer the only thing that stands out in the inner ascendancy nodes is Circular Heartbeat (30% of damage recouped as Life). Everything else seems meh compared to outer nodes where you get Time Snap (33% chance not to trigger cooldowns) and Time Freeze (Time reset skill).
