Report a translation problem
It would also help if you provided information on what language you are wanting them to localize the game for, there are about 7,100 languages that are considered "living" so specifying which one you'd like to see increases the chance that it might be added later.
For example if you spoke Ukrainian, but they added German, then it wouldn't actually resolve the issue for you.
In all seriousness, what Cera said.. translations take time and cost money, which is something lot of developers seem unwilling to do when plain ol' english will do just fine as it's as close to universal language our planet will ever get.
My English is 30% to 50% good and it's not enough to enjoy a game
German is my Language
greetings
The Russians had a local version of poe1 which was allegedly planned to be ported (their local version merged with the global realm when their distributor ceased their support for poe1), but it became outdated so quickly that that never came to fruition.
Perhaps that gave them insights on how much hassle that is for a live service game with rapid development. Like what do you do if a voice artist in another language isn't available in time for new content with an old char? Recast and revoice everything of them? Recast for the new lines only? Delay the game?
You realize how many people from a lot of different countries feel exactly like you? If they had to translate every language for the game it would be an extreme and expensive undertaking.
That is why they focus on the languages that are most widely used. If the game is successful I don't see why they wouldn't translate the game into more languages in the future. So you'll either have to be patient or settle with the english that you do know for now. Because they wont translate it into German within the next 2 days.
Alter, PoE ist kein Story getriebenes CRPG mit viel Dialog – lies die Gegenstands / Fähigkeitsbeschreibungen und alles ist in Ordnung.
