It's literally in the options you just upload which filter you want and there are already some available.
There is. You sync it.
And then "disenchanting" to get currency shards is also a thing.
That one looks bloody awful.

Eh, it looks.. kind of nice. Nothing hidden, just visuals enhanced a bit. At least the neversink one.
You don't actually need to filter anything out. But also, things you are never gonna use on a character.. ever.. as a base or whatnot.. what is even the point even seeing those :P
Might be the one I linked. I seem to recall Neversink doing good filters for PoE1. But there are a few posted I think.
