it is a rtx 2060 super 8gb
Fat chance it will run like ♥♥♥♥. Noone knows before we can play it.
I mean you have 8 threads at least, but that 3.9GHz boost on a 12 year old CPU is still less than a modern CPU at 3.9GHz can do (see IPC (instructions per clock)).
i think you will be able to tweak the settings to find sweet spot and hit 60fps
According to bottleneck calculators you already have a CPU that is too weak to drive the 2060 optimally at 1080P.
Chances are high it will not run well.
Nobody really knows how taxing the game is, but I am thinking you will have a hard time to get a consistent frame rate using that combination of CPU and GPU at 1080P.
Even at 4K you will have a bottleneck.
The CPU does not meet the recommended minimums.
The GPU, on the other hand, is among the recommended requirements.
I think that with a resolution of 1080p and setting some details that require CPU effort (such as shadows and the like) on low, you will still go above 30fps.
No I won't overclock this old 4 core cpu. it doesnt matter what setting I change it's all cpu bottleneck so until i get that upgraded the game is unplayable with the 35+MS from the cpu. Every other of the specs from F1 shows that everything is just fine all except the cpu working at 100%
In any case this should take some of the load of the CPU. I do think 8 threads is a big problem which you already noticed.
If you got a 60hz screen then it will be a 30 fps lock in driver you need to apply.
