I've never played PoE before and I'm wondering what I should buy first and why?

Wait for a inventory tab sale.
If you're going to be playing this game for a while, you'll need specialized inventory tabs for sure.

When they are on sale a currency tab for sure, 2-3 premium stash tabs if you want to trade, and then possibly a few others

dont get tabs just because some youtuber said "these are the tabs you will want to get" i agree with those who say wait and lets see what its all about because GHA! might be right poe2 may be different than poe1.

Well aside from tabs everything else is 100% cosmetic. So tabs will always be the best buy for functionality. The question is WHICH tabs in PoE 2. Map tab might not even be a thing for instance.

your right. i just find it funny how some people have already made videos saying what to get and yet the game isnt even out yet. ya maybe they know something most people dont know but still.

Yeah I mean a few premium tabs are definitely a must, I prefer multiple premium tabs to 1 quad premium tab because it lets you have a tab priced at 1c, 2c, etc which is really great early league historically.

I added another 100 to my EA pack. I will be saving most of the 400 for a sale. I expect one to happen close to X-mas.

stash tabs when they are on sale. 1.currency tab. 2.divination cards tab. 3.upgrade one regular tab to premium. it unlocks trade.

The next stash tab sale is on the 6th of December. They happen every 3 weeks and the last one started on the 15th of last month.

Probably a stash sale soon. They tend to happen every 3 weeks or so
