What can the 300 Points be used for?

The Early Access edition seems to come with 300 Points, but what's that? Can they be used to buy cosmetics? And how much money would those 300 Points usually cost?

The main thing is to wait on spending it.
Specifically for a *Stash Tab Sale*
You can buy pets, skill effects, equipment cosmetics, account features, novelty items, hideout items, mystery boxes, etc.

While yes, you can go into Path of Exile 1 right now and spend those 300 points, and some of the MTX / features / tabs will be in POE 2 in EA / general. Still, would suggest waiting as Path of Exile 2 has its own store with its own features.

What you bought was the 300 points. The early access is just a bonus. The points are normally worth what you paid for them. It's the same with any of the packs, the cosmetics and everything are just a bonus and you're actually paying for the points.

If you were to buy the same amount of points but without a pack, it would cost the same but without any of the bonuses. That's why it's not worth it to buy points by themselves.

You can spend them on stash tabs (expanding your storage) and MTX (cosmetics, hideouts, decorations, etc)

I haven't bought it yet, but duly noted. Sounds like a pretty good deal then. Of course drip is far more important than convenience, so hopefully it's enough for some cosmetics

Understood. As a side note, It's best to spend your points when the items you want is on sale, which ocassionally happens. That way you get the most value for your money.

Yea, for 30€ you get 300 points without anything else.
Use them for stash tabs when stash sale is coming one week after release I think.
you will soon see, that stashes are the best value for your points.
I do not know ONE dedicated PoE Player that didn't need to buy some stahes in the end.

Any item in a Premium Tab can be listed on https://www.pathofexile.com/trade, which (for now) is also the source of all equipment purchases (you can get Currency through the new Currency Exchange system)

It doesn't have to be a Quad tab.

Play the game until you notice your stash is getting too cramped. Then, wait for a stash tab sale and grab the ones you need. When you start, you’ll already have 4 stash tabs available.

The first and most important thing U need to buy are stash tabs.
The first one to buy will be
- Currency
- A few Premium for trading with other players. Take it easy and start with 1 or 2
Then just monitor what ♥♥♥♥♥ your stash the most, and buy a relevant tab.
