how are we suppose to know how its gonna perform if the game isnt out yet...i dont understand threads like this

It is called minimal and recommended system requirements. It has been a thing for decades. WHen tangible copies would be sold, you would see it on the back of the hard copy (box) in a white square. You even got a site called "Can You Run It" that assists with knowing if you can run certain titles before and after release.

For Steam games, go to the store page of said game and scroll to the bottom. You will find the requirements there.

what? i cant tell if you trolling or actually serious LMAO you go on can you run it the site select your pc specs it will show you "you will get 200 fps on 1080P" now tell me genius what it means? that you will get 200 fps at all times in any scenario in the game? no you wont you will be getting different fps in different areas under different scenarios how can that site tell you in wich scenarios what kinda fps you will get LMAO ICANT no way you are being serious
