will the supporter pack key be available to use on steam as redeemable keys?

my POE 1 is on steam, i have linked my steam account to my POE account ofcourse and logging in through steam and not the client from POE. will the poe 2 keys you get from supporter packs 480 be available to redeem on steam as well or not?

Yes the EA applies to your account, use the Steam key to unlock Poe2 on Steam

If you have purchased a key and/or have access granted for one PC game client (Stand-alone, Steam, or Epic), but wish to play on another game client, you will be able to do so by claiming a key to unlock access to that client. These are available at my-account/early-access and can be redeemed on the relevant platform's store. Please note these keys only unlock the client in your library, they do not on their own provide early access to your account.

As an example, if you purchase a Supporter Pack through the Path of Exile website, you will be able to claim a key to unlock the client in your Steam Library.

the thing is, if some1 gives away the key , how will i know if its redeemable via steam or has to be through the website, and if they dont give acces to the early acces part of poe 2 then what can we use it for? 1 year from now?

If someone gives a steam key , you only unlock Poe2 on steam but you won't have the EA , you need a website key https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/early-access

You can download and play on the standalone client once it becomes available.

You shouldn't find steam keys from anyone but trolls. The keys in the higher tier packs grant are website keys, which in turn allow the respective user to claim (generate) a steam key on the official website for poe.

You would activate it here https://www.pathofexile.com/shop/redeem-key then get a different key for getting PoE2 in your Steam Library. Steam keys do NOT give Early Access, they just add the game to your account.

this is so confusing, i want to play the game via steam , press play on steam and log in automaticly, i dont want to download a sepereate POE client to play,

but if a STEAM key bought here on steam does NOT give acces to early acces why would i spend 30 dollars on it then on steam and not buy the website version

so to get it simple, i get the steam key, download the game onto my library on STEAM, when the game launches on the 6th i press play on path of exile 2 ON my steam library and i can enter the game right?

I haven't bought the game on Steam, I've done it through their website. I'd assume if you bought it through Steam, you'd get access.

i see, it seems like it gives you acces to download the client when the 6h open and a seperate key to use to add the game ON steam as well, so 2 keys basicly , 1 to redeem the game and another to add it to steam after its redeemed if you so choose to play on there

For your own access, yes.

For the additional keys of higher tier packs, give the website keys from your pathofexile.com beta access page to other people. Have them redeem it on the site and then they can generate steam keys if they want to.
