Questions on buying supporter packs here

I seen some said they had issues buying packs here and not getting a key, has that been fixed or was it just a issue with some people not figuring out where their key was?

Does the $30 base key pack count towards buying latter packs or is it just a solo stand alone pack?

I buy it from the steam store page any possible issues I may run into or no everything should be fine?

Kind of want to get pack here for points and get some other games during the sale here is why I ask.

As far as I know, the 30$ pack is no different. They have said you can always upgrade to higher tier, whenever you want.

The 30$ base supporter pack counts towards an upgrade. So for instance, you just need to pay the 30$ upgrade fee for the Lord Of Ogham supporter pack.

Buying through steam is well streamlined and the supporter pack you purchased is updated on the poe website since you're logging in with steam credentials.

I bought a pack here on steam yesterday and got the points, the cosmetics that are also available in poe1 and the key immediately

When you buy on Steam you don't have to do anything extra.
Your Steam account gets the client added to its library and your Steam account becomes your PoE account.

If you already have a PoE account that isn't linked to Steam then you will have to link them, that's it.
