when I move with DX11 my FPS drops to 15. When I stay still it gets back up to 120. Wtf?

Edit: found the culprit! If you use DX11 (and you should because its just faster unlike what the game tells you!) disable Reflex.
With DX11 and DLSS set to DLAA (aka native) the game uses 10% less of my GPU than DX12 with DLSS set to Performance. Def should give it a try if you experience stutters/other fps issues.
