Quick question about Keys

I buy one of supporters pack and got 2 key;
- One that can be redeemed on POE Page Site (got linked to Steam so it should be here)
- One that can be redeemed on Steam (want to send it to friend and play together)

My problem is;
- When I try to acivate key on Page Site, it states; "This key is not applicable to your account" and there is no POE2 in my library.

Is there something I miss?

What pack did you buy, if its not 160$ tier or higher, you get 1 early access key only and it automatically activates on your account. Then you get steam client key which says

Please note this key only unlocks the client in your library, it will not provide early access to your account and should not be given away.

Check if you already have access on the official website https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/early-access
If you already have access there, you wouldn't need to redeem a key on there, just potentially need to get a steam key from there to activate on steam, as your steam account doesn't indicate ownership currently (would be normal if you purchased through the official website instead of steam).

I would try contacting support then. If https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/early-access this link doesn't say "Your account is eligible for Path of Exile 2 Early Access".
