Have the developers said why they didn't put all of the support pack options on Steam? I would like to buy a higher priced pack but I will not buy anything through their website.

doesn't steam get a cut of everything on their store? maybe that has something to do with it.

you can keep using steam to upgrade to the higher tier support packs while in the game (poe 1 or 2 once it launches), the only difference being that you get extra points rather than the physical goods.

Open PoE1 in-game store, all the packs are there Physical goods are converted to additional points on Steam.

many said because the other two packs contains physical items that require shipping it could get problematic with steam's refund policy

The other support packs probably have items like shirts and hoodies on the official website that’s why. You’ll still get a steam key if you order on the website.

Just upgrade on Poe website or wait when the game launches and buy through steam.
