Can GGG Refund Points? (Solved)

So, let's say I bought Points, but I don't wan them anymore, can I have the money back? Better yet, let's say I bought a Supporter Pack, but then I ask Steam for a refund, can I have my money back?

Everything is fine, I managed to get the Steam Wallet back, and the Points were refunded correctly. I already bought the cheaper version after the pricing change, and everything is fine, thanks to all.

No, I want to refund the pack and the points.

I bought the supporter pack when the price wasn't changed, a few hours later they reduced the price (to my region), so I want to refund the expensive one and rebuy the cheapest one, but I'm afraid I may not get it because isn't only the EA, it's also the points.

I didn't spend the points yet, so maybe GGG can take away the 300 points so I can rebuy the pack?

I think Steam doesn't allow refunds of additional content such as packs, supporter packs, etc.
But you might get lucky if you contact the support and express your concerns about price changes, i mean it probably won't work, but trying won't cost you anything.

Try to get a refund, explain why you want a refund. If they can’t give you money back because of mtx tell them you want a price match. Tell them you are ok to get the difference credited to your steam wallet.

Should be fine, i've bought a supporter pack before and decided i didn't want it afterall, and those all give points aswell and they refunded it so long as the points werent spent
mind you this wasn't through steam and i emailed support, but they shouldn't just tell you to ♥♥♥♥ off if you ask about it

Since it's not released yet, I'd make a support ticket and ask them. Just explain the situation and they may be able to refund you. A human does read the support tickets.

Yes, I already did that. I asked for a refund on the R$ 88,90 Supporter Pack, and then I told them that GGG changed the pricing to R$ 79,90 a few hours after I bought, so I want a refund so I can rebuy for cheaper.

This happened to me a few times before with games that went off a discount, but it were games, not DLCs. Steam takes supporter pack as DLCs, by the way, extra content.

I mean basically have to ask, worst they can do is say no. Its not flagged as non refundable so its likely you can and they'd revoke your points on GGG's end. Now if you spent the points it might be denied

Would take as long as any other refund, anywhere from a few hours to a few days

Couldn't say off the top of my head, but i think i got a reply during the same day at the time. Been a hot minute so i cant really say anything for sure about that

That's the thing... To me, it takes like 2 days to see the value of the game on Steam Wallet (money), but I remember that I bought Mighty Nº 9 at pre-order, and then I asked for a refund, it was like in 2 hours the money was already there, it didn't took too much time... But again, it was the game itself, not a DLC, so I don't know how long would take to accept, or reply, to the refund in this situation.
