Could someone please break down the early access content?

I'm new to PoE and I was wondering if someone could tell me what points are used for and is 1000 a lot?

What are back attachments and what are hideouts?

If I don't purchase the early access pack will I be able to purchase these later?

Do you think the top tier pack worth it?

The King of the Faridun Supporter Pack contains Early Access to Path of Exile 2, two Armour Sets, two Back Attachments, a Level-up Effect, a Hideout, three Weapon Skins, three Pets, two Hideout Decorations, a Portal Effect, two Portrait Frames, two Forum Titles, two Badges, and 1000 Points.

all support packs are always worth they have insane value return you literally get points back for every $ you spent on the pack+all the other extra stuff on top of it

Points are used to buy MTX cosmetics or stash tabs. Stash tabs are Qol , you only start with 4 free stash tabs, you can play for like 50-100h but after that they are needed.
I highly recommend to wait till they do a stash tab sale , they do one every 3 weeks.

I recommend you spend points to Stash Bundle(or Premium Stash Bundle).
You can wait until first sale.
Back attachment means accessory like a cloak, wings.
Hideout is your own camp. you can invite other players.
you can't purchase early access pack later.
King of the faridun supporter pack is trash.
Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack ($480) is worth it.

if im not mistaken you can upgrade later. for anyone wanting to try the game before they shell out more than 30 its a no brainer.

I bought the Lord of Ogham. Definitely worth it and its weird, but for me all the more expensive packs look ugly AF

Yea i also only bought the lord of ogham pack.. i hope they will bring better ones in the future.

Under the reasonable assumption that the cost of points will be the same as in PoE1, it's $10 per 100 points on their site.

So frankly on point cost alone these bundles are a pretty good deal.

The EA packs are time limited and will disappear in roughly 1 year. They will then introduce a new set of "Core Supporter Packs".

Aka, each year has a unique set of core supporter packs usually ranging from 60 - 480$. On top of it, they release supporter packs for each League, usually 2 different "types" with 3 sets ranging from 30 - 90ish$
