Guild
Seeing that some things carry over from POE, does your guild carry over or will you have to recreate it?

Recreate it.
My current guild spans multiple regions and has their own channel.
Has a guild for every region, and now takes registrations from people who want to move from POE1 to POE2.

Just found post on Reddit that says:

"Path of Exile 2 Game Director
Guilds will transfer. Guild tabs will transfer. It is our intention that chat will work within the guild across PoE1 and 2 as well."

That might be an old reddit post, i saw a couple of recent interviews where the opposite was said, guilds are separate between poe1 and poe2, tabs are not carrying over. Maybe it was there intention at some point, but seems pretty clear is not longer possible. It is the only tab that will definitely not carry over, some other special tabs may still carry over when the thing they are used for is added to the game, if they determine something will never be added they would consider a replacement or some other solution, but it sounded like that was not possible for guilds for some technical reason.

THis sucks i have ssome mtx that are now stuck in poe1 guilds now.
