It's available on their store but not on Steam.

I'm guessing it's because it has physical products in it too.

Folks report physical goods delivery cost $140+ AUD for Australia. I guess the number is hitting infinity for New Zealand and therefore the purchase is getting auto-disabled by the watchdog mechanics

Use PoE1 in-game shop for the purchase ("Buy points" menu item, on top of others), it translates physical goods into additional tokens automatically and should not cause troubles

yep. just link poe account to steam

It is available for purchase through Steam wia shop in game client of regular Path of Exile.
