Gemslotting is easier and better
But no duplicate support gems allowed
Sockets in gear are now for Runes
I highly recommend watching some of this https://youtu.be/ZpIbaTXJD4g?t=591
They added a rune system now.
Where it's easy to make slots in the gear if you scrap an item you dont want that has sockets.
In turn you get the orb that creates sockets on an item.
And you can have up to 3 implicits [Sockets] on an armor piece.
This is basically what the Searing and Eldritch orbs did.
But now i'm a bit concerned they removed them and there's no more over the top and crazy monster density.
I loved having hundreds of enemies on screen and exploding them XD.
People can definitely make crazy builds like in POE1.
Just a matter of figuring things out and we're back to 1 skill spamming.
But now it's way easier to get 6 link skills, so there's a possibility of getting up to 3 overpowered skills in one build, just have to sort out the support gems since you can only have one of each in the socket tab.
