Buying EA question (PS5 & Steam)

I briefly played PoE on PS5 where my GGG account was auto created linked to my PSN account. I also briefly loaded up PoE on my Steam account sometime ago which I believe created another GGG account linked to my Steam account…

Now I want to buy PoE 2 EA to play on PC but also have PC progression carried to PSN. Questions:

1) What is the most efficient way to merge my current 2 PoE accounts that are separately linked to PSN & Steam to merge/link to a single PoE 2 account linked to PSN & Steam under 1 PoE account?

E.g. If I login to my current PoE account linked to PSN via the PoE website, I can’t seem to link my Steam account (greyed out).

2) If I purchase EA of PoE 2 via their website link, do I effectively receive 2 EA game keys that can be activated on any platform? E.g. I pay the lowest base tier EA pack via their website (assuming I figure out how to unify my PSN + Steam linking to a single PoE account going forward); will I receive a key for Steam and I can separately get a key for say PS5? I read if you buy EA via PoE 2 website, you get your own key to activate on a nominated platform of choice + a key to ‘gift’ to a friend… So in theory I’m I able to gift myself the 2nd key on PS5?

My understanding is PS and PC are cross platform for characters but not MTX.
