if i add a friend to the steam falimy and i get the early acsess can he also play this with me in the family plan?

I would guess not since they would need their own PoE account with beta access.

PoE2 has couch co-op though, they basically create a 2nd character on your account to play and you share a screen, so you might be able to use Steam remote play for the co-op.
