No POE2 Key received nor email notification

I bought the supporter pack that allegedly gives you a key or maybe even 2. I could not find any official information about the process of receiving the keys.
Does anyone know better?

Will they be given by email or on steam - inventory and will i get them within a normal time period as with other mtx or on the release day of poe2?

Go to Poe website log in with your account, look at account summary on the right there is Poe 2 early access click on it, all keys should be there.

Yes, you have to redeem on steam. Make sure you redeem the steam key not the extra key that you get if you buy higher tier package.

Give to Friends or you can use the extra key for console if you have one. You will also get epic games store key at a later date. If you want to use the extra key on console make sure to link your console account first before using the extra key.

Go to path of exile website, log in to your account, click on shop, click buy packs. All the early packs info is there.
To get extra key the cheapest pack starts at 160 usd. Says 1+ key, steam key and epic store key. Cheaper packs come only with steam and epic keys for your account.
160 usd 1 extra key
240 usd 2 extra key
480 usd 4 extra keys

Got a key from a friend who bought one of the big packs. Where do I redeem it? Steam says invalid and I can't find a way to redeem it on the PoE account site.

I bought the 30$ pack , I redeemed the key like you redeem a normal game on steam

bought the 100$ pack but didn't recieve a key ? What am I doing wrong
on POE Website it says your account is not elligible for a key
