just got the supporter pack

Not sure what you mean but I went to the POE2 store-page on steam and got the 29.99 supporter pack, its already added POE2 to my library says available dec 6th.

I think that's exclusively with GGG, Steam won't offer such a service

More like delay of getting pack. PoE account says i dont even have PoE2 access after purchasing it on steam.

Not surprised, they recently just migrated to a whole new database for accounts/purchases and I imagine there is a huge influx of purchases just now. Just gotta wait

I got the 30$ to up to 60$ pack I need to pay 30$, ggg always does it this way

That should be possible so long as you show proof or purchase, you'd have to contact support (who are really great btw) to confirm this though, don't just assume what I say is fact. I'm just a PoE addict and nothing more haha
