Win 7 is the most stable MS operating system.
This "updating" is just a typical capitalist behavior in an attempt to get more parental money out of the kids.
For a couple of years now, I have been asking such apologists of “supported and modern operating system” some typical questions: How is Win 10 better? Maybe the memory manager? How well do you know the system from the inside, and can you talk about the superiority of specific algorithms and their weight in the need to change the whole system, without driver compatibility with the old one? And have you used official Microsoft support when you talk about the end of support? And do you study patch logs when installing updates to talk about what is more secure and what is less secure? Did you know that outside of gamers there is a much larger stratum of users who are at the computer, you wouldn't believe it, working - and I don't mean "working" as installing the new PS version "with full Dx14, DLSSSE and new Logitech mouse support", I mean to use it as an instrument?
These questions are in fact rhetorical, they go into the void, which is equal to the level of those "new OS warriors", who don't even know what types of multitasking could be.

This how the child brain works exactly - it thinks in terms of a year, and 20 years is antiquity to him.
A large number of specialists are on Win7 for reasons that are quite clear to them.
If someone wants to show their phantom superiority over those who use an “old”, by their standards, operating system, they should think twice before making themselves look very ugly.
It's just that most of these people aren't really interested in a bunch of juvenile gamers to waste their time on it and try to explain in detail what their stupidity is. They don't need it - for the same reason why it's useless to explain the basics of gas dynamics to a six-year son.
The reason we sometimes still comment on all these streams of consciousness is because these kids are behaving in extremely ugly and aggressive ways, having been fooled by the illusion that they alone have learned IT zen.

Steam's statistics were compiled by gathering data from the computers of those who agreed to such gathering. In the vast majority of cases, these are those who post their “cool configuration” in their forum signature - that is, there is a significant sampling violation.
The person who bought some 4090 will be the one to publish their data - especially since it's not necessary at all, and many people simply don't find the option to collect configuration data.
In fact, the game industry is dying, with projects now being worked on that were either started five or six years ago, or owned by studios with a lot of money.
But there are no miracles, and the money will have to be repaid, that's why all methods are used, including hard pushing of the new operating system, which itself is quite affordable, even if you buy it, but entails very serious upgrade costs due to incompatibility of architectures. And game developers are sometimes victims of this lobby too, because they are forced to use the latest software for the sake of promised compatibility.
Yes, naturally, I have Win 10 installed, and I'm on it periodically too, but mostly just for gaming - because it is too buggy for work. So far I haven't seen a single interesting game for which it would be worthwhile to install Win 10 in case of anything.

Nothinig? I install Win 7 once in a month on different machines, and those system works for years without any problems. If you can't do something - then just don't do it. It is simple.
Grats, your machines are all malware infested. Sounds like you're also illegally using keys as well, but a quick look at your profile explains a lot.
