i load game and it stuck on 1fps i tried everything in youtube videos i found has anyone else had this problem. running it on my laptop i5, rtx 3050

It is running very slow for me when I start the game to get to the game start screen. If I hit the win key so its not the main window it seems to run fine but then crashes. If I let it run slow then it doesn't crash. Im on a i7-7700K @ 4.7Ghz and a RTX 4090. Def the game being the issue. Havent found a fix, but just started looking around.

I figured out my problem at least. I am using a PS5 edge controller, and the game seems to not be compatible to the extent it breaks the game. I have never seen a controller break a game. Worst case I have come across is having to use Joy2Key to map my keyboard to my PS5 controller to play a game that doesnt support it.

ill have to try it with out the ps5 controller

yes i had it on 2 different ssd

it was the ps5 controller making it run slow

I can also confirm that the game runs at 2 fps with dualsense edge plugged in. That's actually crazy.

Yup, several months on and I have bought the game only to find this same bug and discover it hasn't been fixed.

Woe, that's nuts. I use the dualsense edge wirelessly without problems on a steamdeck. I'll try plugging it in next time. Wonder if changing your sound settings would fix anything.
